Greetings in the precious Name of our Risen Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ! First and foremost, I am His child, Saved by the Blood of the Lamb. I am also a wife and helpmeet to James, bone of his bone, flesh of his flesh. He is my very best friend.
After that, I am a mother. We have 5 children - Camille 20 years old and away at college in Georgia. We then have Zachary 18 years old who is a homeschool graduate and hopeful Air Force recruit. Next is Caleb who is 17 years old. Then there is Marissa, our 16 year old who just got her first cell phone and is so excited. She worked for the money to buy it and I'm really proud of her. Last but not least is our Joshua who is 15 and chomping at the bit for both his own cell phone and his driver's license. Our youngest two are still being homeschooled but we are coming down to the finish line with that season of our lives. As fast as time is flying, we will be empty nesters before too long. That will be a transition for us, I know. I'm looking forward to certain aspects of it but in other ways I know I will miss it greatly. Our hope is that we have trained up our children in the way they should go so that they can launch off on a good trajectory towards High Mark so they can soar like eagles as they each start their own unique journey of life. What an exciting time for them! I praise the Lord for their zeal and tender hearts!!
